Salary: Php 1,025,043.00 per annum net of taxes

Context

Under the functional supervision of the Human Resources Officer in Headquarters, administrative supervision of National Human Resources Officer in Manila, the Senior Human Resources Associate (Learning Solutions) will be responsible and accountable for supporting the development and maintenance of learning content and solutions for SDL and other IOM offices/departments.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional certification in Education, Learning and Development, Information and Communications Technology or a related field from an accredited academic institution with four (4) years of relevant professional experience; or
• High school diploma with six (6) years of relevant professional experience.

Accredited Universities are those listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database.

EXPERIENCE

• Experience supporting learning and development activities.
• Knowledge of learning theories and instructional development models.
• Basic knowledge on Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Moodle, Cornerstone OnDemand, Oracle Learn Cloud etc.
• Solid knowledge of the Articulate suite content authoring tool, video creation tools ( i.e.Vyond, Powtoon, etc) and the application of international accessibility standards.
• Working knowledge of learning theories and instructional development models.
• Experience supporting project coordination, monitoring and reporting.

SKILLS

• Ability to apply instructional development principles and learning methodologies.
• Proficiency in visual design (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effect, Vyond).
• Planning and coordination skills.
