changemaker

Your portfolio

Don’t just apply. Be remembered.

A CV in a stack of four hundred looks like every other CV. Your changemaker page is one link a panel actually opens — projects with outcomes, your service record, and a 90-second video where they hear how you think. Then send 50 video applications a year, each with talking points written for that exact vacancy.

Anatomy of a page

Built to be read the way panels actually read.

  1. 01

    The first five seconds

A face and a mission — not a file download. Name, role, one line that says why you do this work.

  2. 02

    The 90-second introduction

Recorded in your browser or uploaded, streamed properly on any device. Panels meet you before they meet your paperwork.

  3. 03

    Work with outcomes

Projects and missions with the result stated — the number, the change, the thing that happened because you were there.

  4. 04

    A record, not a list

Experience and skills laid out like a service record: where, what, how long, at what level.

  5. 05

    One stable link

changemakerhq.org/p/you — in your cover letter, your PHP, your email signature. Update the page, never the link.

How it's made

Three steps. Or just drop your CV.

  1. 01

    Sign in with your email

One magic link — no password to invent, nothing to install.

  2. 02

Drop your CV or fill the sections

Drag your CV in and the page drafts itself — basics, experience, skills — then polish what matters.

  3. 03

    Record and publish

Ninety seconds on camera, one publish toggle, one link that's yours.

The video introduction

Ninety seconds beats ninety bullet points.

Panels shortlist people they can picture. Your page carries a short video introduction — recorded in the browser, replaceable anytime, capped at ninety seconds so it stays sharp.

Not sure what to say? The video introduction guide gives you the structure, the craft and the don'ts.

Video applications

A fresh video for the job you actually want.

Beyond the introduction on your page: record a short, role-specific video for one vacancy, share a link the recruiter opens without an account — and see when they watch. 50 a year, each one carrying your live portfolio with it.

  1. 01

    Paste the job ad

The AI drafts talking points tuned to the post.

  2. 02

    Record 90 seconds

One take from your laptop, teleprompter built in.

  3. 03

    Share a clean link

Paste it into the application — no login for the recruiter.

  4. 04

    See them watch

You're told when the hiring manager opens it.

Membership

Everything, for $35 a year.

One membership. Your page goes live, and every application you send from here can carry a video that a CV cannot.

Your live portfolio page

Projects with outcomes, a service record, skills with evidence — on one link you put in every application.

A 90-second video introduction

The thing a CV cannot do: let someone hear how you think before they decide whether to meet you.

Video presentations of your previous work

Walk through what you actually built or ran, on the projects that matter most.

50 video applications

A short 1–2 minute video sent with an application, each one carrying your live portfolio with it.

Talking points for the specific job

Paste the vacancy and we write what to cover in that video — what this employer is actually looking for.

Start your page — $35/yrBilled yearly · cancel anytime

Build your whole page first — import your CV, see it drafted, edit it. You pay when you want it live.

Fair questions

Why is membership only $35 a year?

Because we would rather price it like a few coffees for the whole year than gate careers. The jobs index stays free and pays nothing back to us — the product exists so more good people end up in the right posts.

Do I have to pay before I see anything?

No. Sign up, import your CV and we draft the whole page — projects, service record, skills. You look at it, edit it, and pay when you want it live on your own link.

How do I cancel?

In your dashboard, or by emailing info@changemakerhq.org, anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing year — no lock-in, no retention hoops.

What happens if I cancel?

Your page comes off the public web at the end of the billing year, and nothing you wrote is deleted — projects, videos and service record all stay exactly as they were in your dashboard. Subscribe again and the same link goes live again.

Is the jobs board ever paid?

No. Browsing vacancies is free for candidates permanently, and every listing links to the official application.
