Senior Programme & Portfolio Manager

Oxfam International is looking for Senior Programme Portfolio Manager to Lead the governance, planning, continuous improvement and successful delivery of Oxfam's strategic Digital Transformation portfolio, including the Oxfam Partnership Platform, D365 HR & Finance and related enterprise initiatives.

The role provides programme leadership, portfolio oversight and PMO capability across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment, ensuring that digital investments are aligned to organisational priorities and delivered within agreed scope, budget, schedule and quality parameters.

In addition to major programme delivery, the role is responsible for establishing and governing continuous improvement processes for core enterprise platforms, driving adoption, optimisation and benefits realisation across the Oxfam Confederation.

Working closely with the CIO, business and product owners, affiliates and delivery partners, the role provides senior advisory support, portfolio analysis, governance leadership and executive reporting to enable informed decision-making and sustainable business outcomes.

TEAM PURPOSE:

In conjunction with internal and external partners, the Digital, cyber security & AI team builds simplicity, transparency, and trust across the Confederation through the alignment, design, implementation and operation of safe and robust information systems and collaboration tools that adapt to Oxfam’s ever-evolving needs.
