UNICEF West and Central Africa Regional Office is looking for a strategic and experienced leader to serve as Regional Chief Programme & Planning, P-5, based in Dakar, Senegal. The role provides regional leadership, quality assurance and technical guidance on programme planning, monitoring, reporting, knowledge management and child rights monitoring across the region. Working closely with Country Offices, Regional Office leadership, HQ counterparts, UN agencies and other partners, the incumbent will help strengthen programme quality, evidence-based decision-making and results for children across West and Central Africa.
