PATH-Kenya seeks a Procurement Compliance Specialist Support to support with procurement compliance activities by reviewing transactions, flagging lack of adherence to organizational policies, and assisting with audits and risk monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review procurement documentation and Business World records for compliance with policies and requirements focused on procurements under $25k.
  • Identify and escalate compliance risks or irregularities
  • Support internal and external audits through documentation and reporting
  • Maintain procurement records and compliance trackers
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on procurement procedures and requirements
  • Support capacity building on systems (BW and SF) for procurement transactions.
  • Develop standardized tools in Excel and Word.
  • Monitor group email inbox.
  • Distribute subcontracts for review from shared inbox.
  • Maintain team calendar and other team resources.
  • Maintain team SharePoint site and records.

Typical Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of procurement, compliance, or audit experience
  • Experience with donor-funded environments or NGOs preferred
  • High attention to detail and understanding of procurement controls
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a global environment
  • Expertise with MS suite of products (especially Excel)
