International Consultancy for Senior Health Financing and Economics Specialist to support the Government of Sao Tome and Príncipe in preparing for the Gavi transition and sustainable immunization financing, Sao Tome (office based) 11months (595338)

The primary purpose of this consultancy is to provide continuous technical accompaniment to the Government of Sao Tomé and Príncipe (STP) and to the UNICEF STP Country Office in preparing for the full transition from Gavi support by 2030. The consultant will support the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Finance in the design, costing, adoption and implementation of a credible transition financing strategy that secures the sustainability of the national immunization programme and strengthens the domestic financing of primary health care more broadly.
